The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially with our children. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
The key system for controlling the lights and heat in the room was a bit inconvenient. When we entered the room, it was initially cold, and during our dinner, the room cooled down significantly.

The hotel rooms were very large and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the lobby was nice. the hotel staff was sweet and accommodating, especially towards our children. It was easy to find nearby restaurants as the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and tourist attractions.
The hotel's lighting and heating system was quite inconvenient. The room key had to be inserted to turn on the lights and to operate the heat.
